Overview

Multi-component suction weighing scale is applied for the metering and batching of various materials. It is mainly composed of gas cut-off valves, filters, feed valve groups, weighing modules, pulse backflush devices, discharge valves, material storage bins and other components.The multi-component suction metering adopts negative pressure balance technology, which sucks materials into the storage bin through vacuum negative pressure. It meters materials while sucking them. A single set of metering device is used for multiple materials, and up to 20 pipelines can be connected to this weighing scale simultaneously for metering.


The multi-component suction weighing scale is equipped with weighing sensors to ensure extremely high metering accuracy, with an accuracy of up to ±200g or ±3‰. The filter element material can be selected from PE, PTFE, cloth bags, etc., and the self-backflushing cleaning method depends on the specific materials to be conveyed.The multi-component suction weighing scale supports three-speed adjustment (high, medium and low), which not only ensures relatively high output but also high accuracy. The negative pressure balance technology can eliminate the impact of negative pressure on weighing. When multiple materials are metered together, the product occupies a small area, is easy to maintain and has low operating costs.

Functional Configuration:

Standard Configuration: Fluidized injection device, vibration motor, 5 or 8 feed inlets.
Optional Equipment: Material level detection; the number of feed inlets can be upgraded according to specific needs, with a maximum of 20 feed inlets configurable.
